What is mobility training? 

Mobility training is strength training for your joints that applies scientific principles to improve your movement potential, mitigate injuries and promote joint longevity and health.

How does it work? 

Every Sunday you will receive a link to a 45 minute mobility video and a 15 minute joint specific training tutorial. Watch the videos at your convenience on your mobile phone or computer. Take the classes as many times as you would like. Plus, when you sign up, you get a free 20 minute full body mobility video to get you practicing before the course starts.

How much does it cost? 

$65 for the entire 6 week course. 

Do I get to keep the videos? 

YES! The videos are yours when you purchase the program. You can watch them as many times as you like and practice them for months or years after the program ends.

Are these classes accessible to everyone? 

These classes are designed for any skill level and guide you through a step-by-step process to progress or regress movements as you go along. 

What kind of results will I see? 

To make the most out of this course and notice results I recommend doing the full body mobility video daily (20 minutes), the full length video at least once a week (45 minutes) and the joint specific homework video 2-3 times a week (15 minutes).
