Costa Rica is such a magical place that I will be going back again in 2025! Not only will I be going back to Costa Rica, but I will be hosting 2 retreats in 2025.
Enjoy 8 days and 7 nights in paradise at Ylang Ylang Resort. Montezuma is a beautiful, quaint beach town in Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean. The retreat will have 2 daily yoga classes, in the morning and early evening. Enjoy healthy meals, relaxing by the pool or beach, or going out on an excursion. For those who like to adventure you can hike to the famous waterfall in town and cool off swimming in the waterfalls swimming holes. There is a a great zip lining course through the jungle or you can take surfing lessons at the main beach. There are so many different options to customize your trip to what you need.
COSTA RICA FAMILY RETREAT
Traveling with children can be an amazing experience as a family, but can provide its challenges as parents. That's why I created the Family Retreat as a way to see the world as a family, but still get a little time for yourself. Enjoy 6 days and 5 nights in paradise at Ylang Ylang Resort. Montezuma is a beautiful, quaint beach town in Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean. The retreat will be a mix of family time, hanging out with other families with kids and a little bit of time for parents to exercise and eat while the kids play with babysitters on the property.

The price of this trip includes a daily morning yoga class or free time for parents with on-site babysitting, optional daily family excursions, healthy meals at the resort restaurant, and on-site babysitting over dinner while adults eat. Plus, a mini family photo shoot on the beach with a professional photographer.

It is a city known for its food, nightlife, colorful buildings, music, and friendly locals. Come explore Lisbon before heading to the coast for the retreat to experience the amazing food and sites. COASTAL PORTUGAL RETREAT
Sagres, Portugal is a small town on the Algarve Coast. This quiet town offers many options for nature lovers, from beautiful beaches, great surfing, fishing, hiking and bike paths. Sagres offers you a chance to sample the renowned gastronomy of the region as well as explore the various points of historical interest, such as Sagres Fortress and Cape St. Vicente, topped by one of Europe's largest lighthouses.
