The retreat will have 2 daily yoga classes, in the morning and early evening. Enjoy healthy meals, relaxing by the pool or beach, or going out on an excursion. For those who like to adventure you can hike to the famous waterfall in town and cool off swimming in the waterfalls swimming holes. There is a a great zip lining course through the jungle or you can take surfing lessons at the main beach. There are so many different options to customize your trip to what you need.

That's why I created the Family Retreat as a way to see the world as a family, but with a little extra support. Enjoy 6 days and 5 nights in paradise at Ylang Ylang Resort. Montezuma is a beautiful, quaint beach town in Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean. The resort is a small, family run property right on the beach that connects to a nature reserve. Parents get to enjoy a daily yoga class and dinner while the kids are doing activities with on-site babysitters. Get ready to be on a trip with your family and actually have it FEEL like vacation.
