A Movement + Mobility Challenge

in collaboration with Twist Yoga 

Cost: $35

The Challenge

- Walk, Run or Hike 3 miles, 3 times a week

- Do a 15-minute virtual mobility routine daily 

- Take a livestream mobility class every Friday at 8am PST or watch the recording at your convenience 

- Track your progress with a habit tracker provided to you at the start of the challenge

With all the obstacles facing our young athletes today, we created this virtual course to help them get ahead of their competition and continue to condition their bodies so this Fall can be their best season yet!

- Improve joint health and range of motion

- Incerase flexibility, mobility and body control reducing the risk of injury

- Maximize movement potential for your sport safely, efficiently and effectively

- Maximal expansion breathing to improve exercise capacity
